In 2017, total votes for the entire Anambra State across all the parties was less than 400,000. How can APC delegates alone have a total vote of almost 350,000

I hope history will not repeat itself with this man. I think there was a particular election INEC declared him winner and he was sworn-in as governor. He was later removed by court .
