There’s still ample time for APC to conduct fresh primaries as INEC said the last one was a dud.

Unless the time to submit a candidate for the election elapses, well, no disqualification yet.

APC is yet to present any candidate officially to INEC. So INEC cannot disqualified a candidate that is not presented to them. They only disapproved their primary, waiting for the official presentation of their candidate before making the stand known.

Bros since when did the matters of Anambra state interest you this much? Word on the street in Anambra is that Andy Uba is persona non-grata, Andy Uba cannot win in Anambra for life. The state will boil if he uses the Federal might and Supreme court Abrakadabra like it was done in Imo State.
