This agenda are just too many. They should just face open grazing. Most of the other issues has something to do with open gracing. The truth is that Buhari is trying to make open grazing a no go area. So, the southern governors will have to put in lots of efforts to stopping this open grazing which has brought so much damage to the country at large.
