If you know the meaning of PSC agreement btw the govt and the explorating coys, you should know how the proceeds for the evolution of these refineries came to be.

Oga Google is your friend and check when the refineries were built apart from the old PH refinery the rest were built in the 70s after the civil war the last to be built was Kaduna refinery in 78. PSC agreement was formulated in the 80s to replace the JV agreement between oil coys and govt. The PSC allows the oil company to drill as a contractor and recover it's expenses from the campaign and also taxes on the oil meanwhile the profit from the sales after expenses is deducted is shared between govt and the oil coys. The first PSC was between Addax and NNPC so bros stop trying to be smart. It is clear you are still a child with no knowledge of petroleum industry in Nigeria
