Issuing a legal arrest warrant to apprehend a fugitive is due process.

Cooperating with Interpol and international law enforcement to arrest an international fugitive and a wanted terrorists is due process.

Returning the fugitive and terrorists to Nigeria to face/continue trail is due process.
