We have too many dumb graduates in this country. How can a graduate not understand that chancellors are usually not chosen from the same geopolitical zone where the institute is located Is that not a shame?

They can't appoint Deji and left out Osemawe, Olowo and Olugbo.

That akoko ehn, they get numerous dialect maybe that's why they don't have a paramount ruler.
In a town, there can be up to 9 different dialects, even in streets opp streets will be speaking different dialects.
