amurx: That means your blue tooth hardware is not functioning, It is hardware issue. Contact Nokia care point for repair. Hope you are known about the One year free warranty service. |

Greetings, I have a Nokia N97 phone. The IMEI is 359374032977833. The problem is that the Touch screen does not respond to touch. Secondly the figures keys on the keyboard respond to touch but the alphabet keys on the keyboard do not respond to touch. Please I need help ASAP. Thanks in advance. |

Hello, every time I request gprs settings on my nokia e72 from mtn I get an sms telling me to save the settings coming shortly, then after a while I get another sms telling me I can now browse but the settings themselves don't arrive. I dont experience this with my other phone. |

Pls i just got a nokia C2-05 about 3weeks ago, i got a 2G memory card 4 d fone inserted it n it requested 4 a formating which i did.now once in a while d fone wil demand 4 a format n at each format my data on d memory card is deleted.nw i dnt try saving any tin on d memory card.pls hw do i fix it? 2. I just got my nokia 701 from SLOT systems limited and jus barely 2weeks after my earpiece port doesnt work. Even after testing it with several earpiece it still doesnt show that my earpiece is connected. I understand that I can get it repaired free of charge at nokia care since it is still under warranty. I just want to know how long it will take before I get my phone back. Thx in anticipation |

@Nokia care: My 5130 c-2 returns and error "certificate not on phone or sim" whenever i try dloading operamini 6 or other certified products.even from your site.when i use the nokia store it it returns an error "downloading failed" and i upgraded it to version 07.97 {rm-495}.I have 10 pre-installed authority certificate,and downloaded 29 other but still gives me that error.please what do i do.thanks.. |

please i'm having a seroius challange updating my N8 to Nokia belle. The upgrade thru nokia suite has 5 stages, 1. get started 2.back up 3.install 4.restore & 5.Finish the challenge here is, at the 3rd stage, during installation, the phone restarts and after that will get the error "connection to the phone lost". I have done this 1001 times but still d same thing. But in the phones mass memory will be the folder (Nokia_Belle) with lots of sub-folders. wht do you advice? |

please my Nokia c6 is having a software problem..it displays memory full,close some application.this has been displaying even when there is no application running inside.i sent it to Nokia care,but the phone was returned to me that it was done, but with the same problem.please kindly assist me in tackling this problem.thanks |
