Not yet established, just speculations flying around but the wife of one of the killed men said the killer cop last contacted her 3 days before she killed her husband.

The killer cop's family have been pleading she turns herself in but if ever caught alive, by Kenyan law she will have to be taken to their National Psychiatric hospital for psychiatric evaluation to ascertain if she is mentally fit to stand trial. If she is, she will be prosecuted and jailed in one of their regular prisons but if she isn't, she ends up at the prison section of their National Psychiatric hospital till death takes her away.

But it seems she is enjoying the attention and making sure her phone signals are trackable as she criss-crosses towns and cities...it is like committing the first killing in Lagos, the second in Ibadan and her phone signals reflecting she has gone through Asaba then up to Makurdi, switches off only for her signal to show up in Port Harcourt....she was in their anti-crime unit, such is expected.
