You can use it buy fairly used car and resell it. You can make 50k from each transaction and you can become a car dealer from this.

Sometimes I don't understand why some people use the word very urgent when looking for business ideas when starting up a new business Take your time calculate the Risk, stress, loose and the profits to avoid loosing your money. Even though someone give you business idea study it very well before venturing into it if you are scared so that you won't spend the money how sure you won't spend the profit and capital when you finally start.
where did him mentioned ugent .

These ideas is for who has a business that have steady income then invest some in those areas you stated.

Imagine someone who is jobless and has N700k, it will be wicked to tell him to invest it in those aforementioned areas and wait yearly to earn around N100-300k yearly! Hana try de know how to market your product.

go and put that money in a bank. now go on youtube and learn coding. then find remote work. or you can just buy a motorcycle and do okada. or you can buy 3 motorcycles and give it to 3 guys to ride for you and they bring you 10,000 each everyday. thats 30,000 per day

Use 400K to buy a 4 GIG RAM Nvidia graphics card laptop with 16 GIG RAM download Unreal Engine 4 or 5 and start developing 3D characters for movies and game running live on PS4 PS5 or Xbox. Go to artstudio.com for jobs. If you're good and they employ you. They can relocate you from Nigeria

Get a skill first you know business is about profit and lose mainly, so getting a skill will allow you to manipulate the market as you wish, like a fashion designer, engineer, plumber, mechanic and many other.

If you have extra money for shop good, split the money into 2 or 3

Gas retailing/soft drinks wholesale
Or
Gas retailing/soft drinks/ POS stuff

No need going to commercial area mega distributor no gree u sell
Just a normal busy street ( shop rent wont be too much, with reasonable residential houses to patronize ur gas bizness)
