Rubbish. The north is not as homogeneous as the south. There are non-muslim territories in Jos, Kaduna, Bombe, Kano, etc. But them no born you to open a brothel in a place like Unguwan Rimi, Kaduna or Unguwan Sirri, Kano. If Hisbah doesn't raid it, the people will. In Kano, you can only find brothels in Christian-dominated areas like Sabon Gari. Same thing with Kaduna and although a number of the patrons are Hausa Muslims, we make up most of the customers.
