This is not an intelligent comment to make.
I dont hate or like MNK
But what you are typing here is more of what you feel, rather than how things work

The Nigerian government will have a lot of proving in court to do.
And if the defense counsel can prove procedural misconduct
The case is dead1
As usual, the Nigerian govt will bungle it
And then resort to brute behaviour

[s][/s]No terrorism charges have been tagged against Nnamdi Kanu by British hence his possession of a British passport. It will be stupid of Him to go to Kenya to promotes any terrorist activity.

The Kenya government may have inadvertently played stupidly into the ever suppressive and oppressive Buhari govt to help pin Kanu down in their country perhaps for a reward because they have not been able to established any concrete reason for his illegal arrest and subsequent illegal extradition to Nigeria.
despite their vehement initial denial.

The British fully knows the real terrorists are under the Buhari govt.Umaru Dikko was alleged to be corrupt in Nigeria but the Britain still frown @ his illegal process of abduction in their home soil. This is a responsible govt that value the life of its citizens. Hence this case is gonna be a decider of a major diplomatic row between them, Nigeria and Kenya.
coolDiplomatic row? Maybe. After dat what next? I want to advice u to lower ur expectations at the prospect of a positive British intervention

You're so desperate that you have refused to let common sense permeate your brain. Does it look like the British are hostile towards Ipob and their cause?

The same Ipob they recently attempted to give special asylum seeking privileges?

The same Nnamdi Kanu whose escape they facilitated?

Okay so Kenya's government, which has denied knowledge of Kanu's abduction, will finally admit it and will claim he was there for terrorism. What terrorism and what would be the proof of it?

Young man you have no idea of what you are talking about. Take a seat.
He obviously doesn't know how things work

Only a gullible bunch of illiterates will believe the nonsense that this lawyer is spewing.

Mr. Kanu is on trial in Nigeria; was granted bail and fled to another country. For this reason, his bail was revoked and the courts issued a bench warrant for his arrest. He was apprehended in a neutral country where he went of his own volition and brought back to Nigeria to face trial.

Nigeria is a sovereign country and whatever issues the UK has with his arrest will be resolved through diplomatic channels. Bad enough that the UK has to explain how and why they issued another passport to Kanu who is a fugitive from the law. After all, one of the conditions of his bail was that he deposit both his Nigerian and British passports with the courts.

If they like let them involve the largest law firm in the world, Kanu will be tried here in Nigeria and jailed if found guilty. Every other thing na diplomacy go settle am.

U lacked knowledge of international law, so keep quiet. The Nigerian govt u r supporting fail woefully on this. No judge in the world will ever allow the trial of NK without sorting out the circumstances surrounding his kidnap from Kenya to Nigeria which is a breach of international protocol. Try to kn the meaning/process of 'repatriation', it is good for ur health

Ok o! International lawyer cool cheesy cheesy cheesy

If you like call it kidnap or abduction, Kanu is back in Nigeria to face trial. When the case resumes hearing, you can go to the court and display your knowledge of international law.

NK was not caught in UK soil so Britain has no case here, NK was not on legal duty from Kenya to UK so UK don't have a case here too.

All those nonsense talks that he was beaten and chained to the ground for 8days is nonsense, except they have concrete proof abt it.
NK will face his trial and UK has only one choice which is to respect the Nigerian constitution.

Open up on what grand, do they have any evidence to show any link to MNK with a terrorist group? If so is it not in court they will prove that? Remember when MNK was arrested in Kenya he was detailed for 8 days and of which after that nothing was found against him that was why dey handed him over to Nigeria i wonder why you people fight what is above you let's see how it ends and remember not to cry much on this because he is neither your family member or relative or he is not the one that made prices in the market to go up which made poor Nigerians to be suffering today, MNK is not your problem either Nigerian problem, fight for Referendum is not car for war.

South East ranks among the top top most educated zones in Nigeria. South East are the most travelled in Africa not just Nigeria, which translates to better exposure and world knowledge of how things world on an international level.

From my write up above, I guess you completely understand who is truly ignorant and less exposed here?! Only if you understand what dunce, stupidity, ignorance literally means, then you will humbly crawl back to your stone age region without wasting further time.

I am an Igbo man and agree we have our weaknesses (especially that part of selling fake goods by some greedy traders, I don't support it) just like other regions. Try not to argue with emotions, it exposes you further.

NK was not kidnapped and good thing he wasn't caught in UK soil, so UK is powerless in this issue.
If u commit a crime in ur country and go to another country, that country has every right to send u back to ur country. Kenya sent Kanu back to Nigeria and there is nothing UK can do about this.

Kanu carry him own two legs go UK and he was caught and sent to Nigeria, now that he is in Nigeria, nobody can force Nigerian government to release him.

UK didn't hand him over to Nigeria and Nigeria can't go and arrest him in UK soil.
But the case here is, NK used his both legs and went to Kenya without force, while he is in Kenya, Kenya has every right to send Kanu back to Nigeria, this case no even concern UK just like Nigeria was powerless on hushpuppy's case even though hush was a Nigerian.
NK is defeated and no body can save him, at this moment, even Kenya can't save him because he is finally on Nigerian soil
