Wow.... This is some rain and flood. Joe Igbokwe isn't doing his job very well. The citizens need to be sensitized on the need to keep water channels free from their trashes too. The above still won't completely eradicate flooding as we've seen in developed worlds, but what we presently see in our own cases are purely man-made. |
