I I thought pastorship is by calling not a career? They are not supposed to depend on salary but on gift from members or from others God has used them to blessed. My father was a pastor, he never earned salary and we never lack. My secondary to Tartary School was on scholarship by someone God used my father to bless. Food was not an issue to us. There was a Christmas we have about 25 bags of rice in our house, 3 goats and accountable assorted wines given to us by members of the public and some members whose God has blessed through my father. My father in his usual manner distribute almost all the items to the less privilege. If truly God called those pastors, they will have no reason to regret and lack anything. With their altitude, I can boldly said they went into ministry because they are jobless.

Priest are not meant to be paid salary, even Catholic priests are not place on monthly salary. They cater for themselves from the free gift of the members and other well wishers that God has used them to bless. I'm surprised that new generation pastors and some church workers received salary. That is why most of them can't be used by God because they are trading God's gift.

Entry level in civil service is level 1 step1 which is the minimum, Every role has its minimum qualification and you are paid accordingly.
You cant take up a job of driver on level 2 in government service and expected to be paid higher because you have a masters degree. Btw, corpers are paid 30k.
It's not by force, if the pay is not worth the paper you carry, dont take their job.
