Oyedepo wish way? Why will you sack someone from Church, if they are nt producing growth u expected is sacking the solution? Are the pastors not church member, u could actually repost them to anoda church under anoda pastor so as to learn and transfer anoda pastor to that church, when you are paying someone as low as that and u expect them to sit in church or go around everywhere 24/7 to improve the church without doing extra job in nt possible, if truly they are doing God work and not urs so u don't any power to sack anyone

It's purposed to supplement their incomes

Almost all of them make much more in love offerings than their posted salaries

And it's disingenuous to compare bribes given to civil servants to facilitate bureaucracy to offerings and gifts given to a pastor

Which means the average Living faith pastor earns more than the so called lowest grade salary you put up.


The entry level salary for teachers in Lagos state is around N46,000 per month.
