It is far more than enough depending on his memory space. Download audiobooks in mp3 (so you learn while working), download videos for craft and technical skills. Even how to make pump action gun is on YouTube. Of cause we use it for positive things. Most things tough in paid seminars have been explain on YouTube by many channels.

Dude, ignore the people quoting you with their phone numbers. They are trying to scam you.

Nobody who's worth his skills or commercialising it would agree to teach you web design or graphics design for #20,000; worse even, online training which is even more stressful.

If you intend to learn web design, subscribe you SIM card with #5,000. On some plans, it can get you 40GB per month.

1.Go to FreeCodeCamp's YouTube page.
2. Download HTML and CSS videos in 1080p resolution.
3. Download XAMPP and Notepad++ for coding or Visual Studio.
4. Begin web design by learning how to customise any CMS. I'd suggest WordPress software.
5. Download CMS videos from this page "WordPress For Non-Techies" then download "WordPress Customisation Using HTML and CSS".
6. Download "SEO tutorial" from SimpliLearn page. Your websites have to be SEO-ready.

7. Take SEO courses on Coursera, even without the certificate if you like.

1 - 6 are all on YouTube.

.You'd need this as a beginner.

You'd still have enough data for other things.

With time, you'd migrate to full custom-coding with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and any other JS library of your choice.

Yes, not all digital/computer skills involve coding.

SEO, digital marketing, UI/UX design, graphics design, data visualisation (the basics), product management (you need years of experience to scale financially with this though)...

Learn photoshop and how to design via some udemy/skillshare videos which you can get for free online ... na data e go chop

After learning, you can then proceed to animation for adverts, etc... but you'll need to get a computer sha ... preferably, a laptop ... even if na old, used dual core, so far it boots to windows 7 or 8, u are good to go
