Commissioner of Police, in a telephone interview with one of our correspondents, said, “We will resist such a move by IPOB.”
“This is one threat too many. It can’t work here. We will make sure it doesn’t hold.

HOPE AND DSS SHOULD GET READY TO ENTER EVERY HOME IN SE AND FLOG THEM OUT UNTO THE STREET.

AS FOR MY PEOPLE, MONDAY MORNING, THEY WILL ALL SIT IN THEIR HOUSE.

I TRUST THEM.

The dumb DSS should understand that with Buhari’s nepotism and disdain for Igbos, IPOB won’t even have to enforce this.
Both their fans and detractors alike will freely comply to register their anger.

This is taking a different dimension how can you declare total lockdown when people have not even recovered from the forced lockdown imposed by the Government during surging effect of Covid-19 when people are thinking of rising to feed their families and do what will better their lives you want to come and kill them emotionally and psychologically before their physical death pls whosoever that is planning this should thread with caution. Lockdown not a solution

I thought people always said IPOB should always start by shutting down their own states, and don’t vote in their 5 eastern states if they truly want to secede out of Nigeria.

Now they are taking it serious, people are complaining again.

The state Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, C-Don Adinuba, said, “We won’t disclose our plans to the media, but I want to assure you that we have big plans to ensure that our people are free from any form of intimidation.”
Similarly, the Anambra State police command, on Friday, said there was no need to be alarmed over IPOB’s threat.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Ikenga Tochukwu, said the command was committed to the protection of the people of the state.
“I have not seen the IPOB’s statement. But what I can assure you is that the command is fully prepared and committed to giving maximum protection to the Anambra people. Nothing will stop us from doing that,” he said.

Good one and I also read last week Monday they tried sit at home in nnewi the Nigeria army gave them a hot chase and they disappeared never to be seen again.

Even some ipob members were seen collecting money on the road....Lol

Very soon Igbos will start moving from family to family murdering people as they are currently doing....
When they kill they will be the first to rush to media and tag it fulani herdsmen meanwhile they are the ones doing the killings all time.
Imagine fugitive like nnamdi kanu and his terrorist group with no single investment in east or even attracted one to his father's compound is trying to muzzle those doing great by trying to destroy their sweats.
Well if Igbos decides to make east non conducive for industries to operate they shouild move it to other zones or safer states and operate from there . Many states needs good investment to boast their economy.
Maybe they think they are doing buhari.....umu anuofia
