How old are you?

Option 1, finish your degree in computer engineering and then proceed for a masters in a construction related field, or get transfer credits for a construction related degree at same school or another school

Option 2, finish your computer engineering degree, then do a course in construction. There are construction related courses online and you probably don't need a degree to be in construction. Check these courses: https://www.coursera.org/courses?query=construction

Be wise. Do a lot of research before you do anything life changing
