You probably have the data saver feature on for photos app. It's saves your pictures in lower resolution

From memory, I think it's restricted due to Nigerian networks, not supporting 5G on pixel devices (something along this lines).......

The latest android 15 beta 2 activated 5G for users in non- supported countries,
There has also been news on Reddit about Google pulling down the 5G support page for counties it supports on its websites,

So we are hopeful it would make it to final android 15 build
