What about Warri seaport?

If the Warri seaport is located in KADUNA or Kano state the northern political elites will not neglect the maritime infrastructure.

Since Shell Petroleum Development Company ( SPDC ) quit major operation in Warri the Warri port that is supposed to play an integral role in economic development is not being upgraded.
