It doesn't reduce the blood level but it can make you feel weak and malnourished except you maintain a rich and healthy dietary lifestyle with it.

That's because semen is full of proteins and hormones. They are meant to sustain the nutrition of sperm cells and to be eventually absorbed into the woman's body. You enrich a woman with nutrition. But if you use condoms, you short change both yourself and the woman.

If you have too much sex and don't have enough food or nutrition, you'd be often weak, lose weight and lack ability to focus on goals.
