Johnpaul88: He must have gone to a hospital where he felt his sickness will get proper attention and be treated ones and for all. It's pretty obvious he couldn't see this hospital in Spain - hence New York.

@honerick01, i don't see any confusion with his response. He might even be a medical practitioner to know those details.
