NOt a bad result after all. Makes up for a decent table log unlike what has been the custom foe the past years; when the table gets dominated by real or barca from day 1.

All I'm going to say is that we're lucky to have gone out of this with a draw. Yes, there were two legitimate calls for a penalty, but we can't rely on those (today we saw exactly why).

You simply don't play with a 3-4-3 against fast, extremly mobile and teams with heaps of width. Valencia played with two fast wingers on both side, which was visibly killing our defence. Mathieu was dragging both Mascherano and Puyol out position, exposing gargantuan amounts of space for both Soldado and Pablo Hernandez cutting in.

The defence should have been more balanced, and we saw we looked much better the second half when Pep returned to the four-man defence. I'm all for trying out with the 3-4-3, but the starting XI should actually consist of those who can both execute it extremely well and it should be used against teams with employing narrow systems.

Kudos to Valencia for showing up and giving us a horrid time. They turned this into a such an entertaining game.

We were pretty much exposed at the back against Valencia with our three man defence. We have to return to our 4-3-3. 3-4-3 against Atletico with Arda Turan and Filipe bombing down the left would be suicidal.

It's a good thing that Pep spoke out. It's really sad seeing what Rossell is doing to Laporta.
Rossell has been cooking Barca's book just to make Laporta look bad. He exagerrated our debt situation.
Laporta is one of our best presidents ever. The Barca he took over had gone 5 seasons without a trophy and was in huge debts. He totally transformed the club and laid the foundation for the success the club is enjoying today. He was also the one that hired Pep.
