2012 Copa America; Messi scored his penalty but his team mates lost theirs.

2015 Copa America; Messi scored his penalty but his team mates lost theirs.

2016 Copa America; Messi missed the first penalty which was not the decisive penalty, others went ahead and missed too.

Now how the hell did his penalty stop Argentina from winning the trophies?
