For the visa requirement (masters) Germany
1. Admission letter
2. Proof of accommodation or proof that you have applied for accommodation
3. Proof of sustenance funds ( the school will provide an account for you when you get the admission to transfer the money into)/scholarship certificate if any
4. Your visa application fee.
5. Your Bsc certificate
6. International passport and passport photograph.
That was what I used for mine from what I remember. CW: ayodeji 1998

For skilled workers or any other persons who have gotten an offer from any company in Germany or if you haven't, update your profile and scour the LinkedIn website. After that and you think visa or visa appointment is taking quiet a long time, you can go through this process. I want European country that is tuition free for Ph.d programme, after my study I may now navigate to better country..I need your advice and suggestion. My advise, dont try to study too much. Treat it as you would a regular english test. I used YouTube to study. Search for IELTS Liz. I studied for about 6 hrs in total for my test, just watching the videos off the page. Did my exam last week Saturday. Result came out today. Scored 8.0. No make anyone collect money from you oooooo

It all depends on schools. You should check your prospective School's website for details. Things related to funding are usually stated on their websites.
