America didn’t invade Afghanistan because they had anything to gain, they did that because of Osama. Before then, Afghanistan has been taken over by Talibans and it serves as a major breeding ground for terrorists, which was was the reason Osama used it as his base to coordinate the 9/11 attack.

When America invaded, it took them years before they got to kill Obama, and do you expect them to just fly troops there to and fro everyday? No! They had to settle down, strategize, gather intelligence and gain the trust of the locals who will snitch/work with them and who were familiar with the terrain.

For 20years that America was present on Afghanistan soil, they enjoyed 20years of freedom for that. Yes, 20years! Deduct 20years from your age and tell me how old you are again. Tell me any country in the world that has secured another country for that long besides America.... Because they chose to leave doesn’t mean they’re cowards... That’s solely their president’s opinion. Another president could get back there and call for immediate deployment of troops to Afghanistan.
