I started noticing symptoms of malaria/typhoid immediately after my exams about 3 weeks ago. I subsequently went to see the doctor and explained everything to him. He prescribed some drugs which I bought from a reliable pharmacist/pharmacy. Four days after taking the drugs, I noticed that I was hale and sound without further symptoms.

However, a week after taking these drugs, I feel different symptoms altogether.
Fatigue, nausea, body pain (only at noon to mid evening), rational sharp pain at the left lower part of my abdomen, mild headache, serious hunger even after eating few minutes ago, and now catarrh and cough.

I actually don't know the type of drugs to take now since I don't have cash to visit the hospital again.

Please health specialist help out.
