1 Is a truly federal system made up of autonomous and voluntary units or states or regions?
2 , Is our presrnt exclusive list supposed to be deliberated and accepted consciously by all the federating units or should it be forcefully handed down by military fiat?
3. During formation of any federation any where , if a an indigenous unit agrees to be part of the federation cant its own laws be made specific to its region.?
4. did the former western, eastern, northern regions not have their respective contitutions and embassies in London? Did they control their own resources?
