They should go where they will be paid well. By the time they leave our hospitals will replace them with Sudan and Malesyian Medicine graduate, notting de happen. When you complain of stomach pain they will carried surgery on you to treat the pain. If you have fever they will put you on oxygen to enable you breath well. If you have headache they will give BP drugs you should take it till you die.

Those days in university of ibadan, the richest doctors, profs, lecturers etc were the ones that would go work in Saudi, middle east in general. Our academic folks were well in demand. But the country was good then and few will go and come.
But with how things are now, surely all will japa and only the quota system ones will be left behind.
You can imagine a consultant been offered eg $200k tax free, free accommodation, cars, etc.
