Stamp duty , solicitors fee and mortgage fees are all lost money if you are keeping the property for lees than 5 years, there is no guarantee that the property will go up in value within 5 years . It also depends on the location of the property.

I came with 5 litres of oil and another 3 liters. . For the other items excluding Meat, put them in ziploc transparent bags and get it labeled. You are good to go.

Therefore it is absolutely necessary to have a retirement plan which could be a property (the most difficult asset class to pull money out of as it is not liquid cash) that is paid down somewhere cheap for example or money funneled into shares

Thank you so much for your advice, I dragged the so-called energy supplier to ombudsman as advised.
I stopped calling and started writing!!!...
I received a backdated/updated bill today, reducing my energy bills from over £1,000 to about £200

They were indirectly begging me and facilitated by exit to a domestic supplier, giving an option to be with them till 18th April while placing me on the lowest tariff possible, cheaper than domestic energy suppliers sef, lol.
