But you compelled governor to finance the Presidential Library and Bells University which was supposed to be for the public but instead turned it to your personal properties just like Operation Feed The Nation turned Obasanjo Farm.

Munafiki Seriki Alabosi of Nigeria.

Obasanjo the biggest hypocrite that ever carried a Nigerian passport, a pathological liar to boot.

Even his autobiographies are full of lies, blatant falsehoods. If Obj greet you good morning go and check outside na night you go dey

He cannot finance Church centre but he can finance his vast farm holdings and all the numerous proxies holding stolen money on his behalf

Even though he had his own bad side in the despicable illegitimate 3rd term agenda he nurtured, but OBJ is about the most reasonable democratic president Nigeria has had in this 4th Republic.

He is an experienced soldier, a nationalist to the core with good dedication to the Nigerian cause.

When OPC were becoming a pain in the butt, OBJ simply instructed the police to shoot on sight anyone trying to cause mayhem under the guise of being OPC. Within two weeks everything in Lagos went back to normal.

There was a time he was accused that the south west have not enjoyed having him there as their president. He replied and said that he is the president of Nigerians, not Yorùbás and therefore he should be seen to be fair and just to all irrespective of creed and tongue.

Did you guys know that while he was president, three children of OBJ had their weddings. Yes, that's true. But they were all conducted in low key, not with state budget and made as inexpensive as possible. Then came GEJ and he turned all logics on its head with his daughters wedding where he shared iPhone. Buhari, Mr. Integrity, turned up up several notches by sharing branded iPhone and ipads as souvenirs.

Some liberal quarters hinged OBJ's decision of a third term agenda on some discoveries he made late into his second term. They said those wrongs, among which is the institution of Sharia in the North, needed to be corrected. So he needed more than just the second term to fix these things. As honorable and as patriotic as these reasons sound, they do not justify changing the constitution to allow a third term and thereby create a bad precedence. It was OBJ's son that first exposed to Saharareporters his father's secret ambition of an illegitimate 3rd term agenda. Instead of nututring such ambition what he should have done was to create very strong formidable institutions like he did with EFCC, ICPC, NAFDAC etc and hope these ones will continue his plans of a great dawn for Nigeria. Although this in itself isn't a guarantee as we can see what the Buhari administration has turned the EFCC and DSS to.

The Buhari administration has created a lot of wrong and terrible precedences within this six years, besting the rot that PDP did in sixteen years. That is why it appears that we are bad to pre-1976 era where it looks like we've been taken back 60 years.

Indeed, whoever will take over from this guy will have a humongous task at repairing the damage done to the psyche of this country. A very humongous task.

And hey, do you guys know the story of how the animosity and bad blood between him and wọlé Soyinka got worsened? It was an event where the duo worked together and aimed at protecting the cultural heritage of Nigeria in the international community. But a minor, innocuous incident put a spanner in the wheels of that and instead of the two brothers to have called a truce and forgiven one another for the honest mistakes, the agídí and strong headedness no gree them.

But lemme save that story for another day.

May be that is one of the sensible things you did but we also need you to also explain to us how you possibly allocated billions of dollars to NEPA yet we still groped in darkness.

I don't think herdsmen are groping in darkness. Buhari has given them light.

When I say light, I mean the power to wreak havoc with impunity. That power alone is light to herdsmen — Mr. Failure's kinsmen.

Those years were not bad for an infant democracy. Those years charted the course for more progressive developments than it did in laying bad foundations for regrets. OBJ still remains Nigeria's best democratically elected president till date.
