It's obvious the CBN Governor is on vacation. It is increasing by at least N10 every week. At this rate dollar will become N5000 when buhari leaves office

As long as you have 2 parallel exchange rates, and a difference of 100 naira, the naira will continue to depreciate, it's only a government that SCAMS its citizens will run this parallel exchange rate,remove the barrier and merge the 2 and see if the naira will not stabilize
