How much Twitter loose for paid advert they collect for Ad sponsor daily

They loose more are they paying tax go government b4 ??
Don't mind them jare. That's why they are sponsoring all these dumb articles on Nigerian dailies so people who can't think put more pressure on government.

Nigeria isnt loosing jack on twitter.
It's twitter that's losing all the money.

Nigerians with small scale business still use the platform to advertise with vpn.

Big cooperation and banks on the other hand pay billions to twitter in ads and they have all stopped thereby cutting 95% of the revenue twitter generates from Nigeria without paying a dime to the government in tax.

Twitter value - $49.12 Billion * Poor.

Facebook value - $378.69 Billion

Twitter is the poorest tech company, it's so worthless that it's insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

The era of where they repatriate 100% of their ad revenue in Nigeria as forex back to their country and pass on the tax bill to Nigerian businesses to pay FG is over.

Nigerian Corporates that pay millions of USD for ads like our banks etc don't do VPN. So no ad revenue for them until the suspension is lifted.

The Twitter ban in Nigeria has
extended to 100 days, and in that
time frame the nation has lost
N247.61bn.

Yes, u have told us how much Nigeria lost, but u have not told us how much did Twitter lost, or do means that Twitter has not lost any thing since it suspension in Nigeria?
And yes we lost all that amount, but we teach them the language that they can understand, we get freedom.

You got freedom? When terrorists captured a barrack yesterday and the officers kidnapped from NDA is not rescued yet.

You taught Twitter lessons? When your minister ran to US to negotiate with them. You taught them lessons but your minister is the one always giving press statements about Twitter. If you had the balance of power in your pocket, Twitter would be the one issuing press statements and granting interviews.

Zombies think they're winning when their people are suffering from their folly.

The falsehood is amazing. Nigerians who were using Twitter for business have migrated to other tools. Many are still using Twitter via simple VPN walk-arounds.

I want to hear that Twitter has lost N247bn worth of business for disrespecting Nigeria not that Nigerians have lost this money.

Get your minds of inferiority complexes and fawning over irresponsible global platforms.

Twitter is not Jesus Christ.

Talking about inferiority complex, you are technically inferior when compared to the western world. Motivational speakers have put us denial of this fact.

We don't know how we can support a government that has banned Twitter, because it is undemocratic to deny Nigerians the access to a public space for freedom of speech and free enterprise.
We have been disconnected from using Twitter for interactive communications and business transactions.

The ban is not about Nnamdi Kanu, who is currently in detention; it is not about his Radio Biafra and IPOB. But a political vendetta against Jack Dorsey and Twitter for supporting the widespread #EndSARs protests in 2020.

I am really disappointed that Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the Federal Minister of Information and Culture who is a lawyer and knows about fundamental human rights and press freedom could not stop this draconian action. And this is a man I thought was truly honourable and a political gentleman when he sat beside me at a public event before the #COVID19 pandemic.

The ban on Twitter has cost Nigeria billions of naira, including the loss of my social media contracts.

How can we, the Nigerian youths support the ruling party of a government that is against our democratic freedom?
Come 2023 presidential election, we must not repeat the political mistake of voting for the APC.

Is it until twitter is banned that we can make this demand of them? Did Ghana ban Twitter before they set up an office there? Was Facebook or Google banned before they set up office in Nigeria?
You need to ask yourself. What kind of country do I want to pass over to my kids? Is it a country like North Korea where one man's interest is camouflaged as the country's interest just because he sits on a particular rock? Is that not fascism? If Twitter has operated since 2012 and no government deemed it fit to woo them to open an office here but banned it at the slightest inconvenience, how does that make the enemies of Nigeria "lose"?
It is obvious Twitter does not give a damn about our grandstanding government. When we told people like you, you said not so. Twitter is begging. Now the presidency has come out to say Twitter is responsible for the delay in negotiations. A butterfly should not think itself a bird.
If we want Nigeria to win, we should clearly define our national interest and delineate it from personal interest. That's how we can make genuine progress as a nation.

If it claims that Fulanis have a plan to rule the world, Fulanis will ask for proof. Same with Yorubas if it claims that they are all skull miners.

When are we going to start questioning the source of some information we receive or are we going to be remote controlled by the media who tells us( ESN,Igbos,IPOB,ODua,Fulanis, Herdsmen and bandits sympathizers, Yahoo boys and Runs girls,) what we want to hear.

What Nigerians are making or not on Twitter is a mirage, no evidence or statistical proof anywhere to back it up with.

In fact, going by this bogus and propaganda article, how many Nigerians were interviewed or their business data, earnings and bank deposits analyzed to come up with their rubbish figures.

Too many Nigerians lack intellectual curiosity, they don't question anything, they just read and swallow, especially when they are being influenced politically, tribally and ethnically.
