Another attribute which helps is service to humanity. Mine was volunteering in church, but I stopped when I returned to Nigeria and realised it is a different ball game. When I find myself again outside Nigeria, surely, I will get involved wholeheartedly.

Instead of browsing porns, try to develop your brain. In this Nigeria that there is no job, just keep studying new materials and new subjects. It's not like addicts don't want to develop their brain, but this habit hijacks the reward pathways of the brain. The only thing you can do and enjoy is watching porn and/or masturbating. Brother you don't really know how happy I am to be reading this, I was so fucking addicted to masturbation till recently.
