Once the law is established, enforcement is a very minor matter. The Nigerian police and the state created police organisation know what to do. Ondo and oyo states are doing some arrests and collecting fines as stated in the law. Miyetti allah will be made to comply when the fines draw down their purse and courts passed judgements favourable to anti open grazing laws. This is when miyetti allah and their backers will accept western education is superior to love of cattle business and killings maiming and kidnappings in the name of cattle rearering. |
