The other point y'all miss is that you don't need anybody to tell you to live within your means. People buy Rolls Royce, there are people right now on a waiting list to buy the Rimac Nevera, Bugatti, Bentley. If you can't afford it and you buy it to impress someone that's on you, you don't need anybody to tell you that.

I remember 2 years ago when Otedola was photographed with a featured Nokia phone and the whole motivational speaker geng didn't allow us to rest. But the same Otedola is on Instagram, do you think he's using the featured phone for the Instagram or an Itel amdroid? the same Otedola bought 3 customized Ferrari for his daughters, I didn't hear none of them motivational speakers coming to tell us not to buy Ferrari.

read what I said again, it is not because reno said so, it is because it is not a smart financial move.... It is solely my opinion and you sure have yours... If this iPhone 12 Pro max I dey use never get technical issue or any fault. Nigga forget it I no know if iPhone 13 come out... The only thing that will aid me changing it to iPhone 13 is if the screen or the battery needs replacement, then I just go for a new one...

I remember buying sagem my-x5 phone in 2004 as a 16years old boy for 40k.
If I had used that money to buy half plot of land in badagry then I would sell same for 800k-1.5m today.
My mum bought a plot of land in same badagry for 70k in 2006. Today the whole of that area is fully developed. When I went there last year December I couldn't believe my eyes.
