You want subsidy on Gas too, shebi? Same you city dwellers enjoying subsidy on petrol and electricity while those folks living in the villages continue to pick the bills as funds meant for their roads and cottage clinics and industries is being used to fund subsidy lifestyles for us in the cities and towns.
Sir, if you are truly in the gas business, you should know what gas is doing now even globally since the hurricane ida occurred in the US and locked 90% of the supply from that axis affected by ida.

You guys should please learn more about your industry, it's not the job of Buhari to ask you to READ or to subsidise gas for you at a time even industries in Europe are reducing production because of high gas and oil prices.

Take a break from nairaland and get real perspective of factors affecting your industry and understand it very well enough to be regarded an expert there . It's no brainer that except things change, gas and crude oil price may even increase more and Oman is already predicting that it will reach $200 per barrel because of bad weather and return of most industrial productions after covid-19. Brent was on $75.10 the last time I checked this morning. It has nothing to do with PMB, your usual scapegoat for everything.

Do you know billions have been pumped into NLNG cos they promised to make gas cheaper?

Did you just say that 90% of cooking gas comes from America? Bro you're a fool you don't know what you're talking about whatsoever and conerning oil prices they have nothing to do with the price of cooking gas Nigeria doesn't buy raw oil we export it so for it to reach 200 dollars is good news and would make the economy improve the higher the price the faster our economy grows so what exactly is your point and don't bring up natural gas prices either we export that as well and it has nothinh to do with cooking gas the only reason why products have been inflating in price is because of poor economic reforms and bad leadership nothing else.

I have watched many of those guys on nairaland, they are paid to write long epistle to deceive. Buhari promised better than PDP days, in actual sense he has made it worse. Few years ago I was living around Surulere, Mobil opposite Ekololu used to be the cheapest place to refill your cylinder. Come and see queues everywhere. There is a friend living around Unilag, worship at a RCCG Church around Falolu, he always bring his bottle on Sundays for refill.

Bros your ignorance is really very toxic... People like you make Nairaland feel like a forum that is bereft of intelligent people.

Nigeria is actually blessed with gas to the extent that what is wasted is more than what is harnessed. The increase is price of gas is just this present regime's way of making Nigerians suffer the more. Everything taxable has been taxed, the government has more than increased the price of every commodity under its control in order to raise money for squandering as usual.

Typical demon logic. They try to pitch urban dwellers against city dwellers now.
Where are the roads now that prices have jumped? Where is the improvement in power now tarrifs have jumped. Anything that passes through the LDV led FG must experience massive leakage, why ?

One other "achievement" of Buhari is increasing the number of functional illiterates in Nigeria.
Can you imagine that the person you quoted with a myopic reasoning, may be a graduate.
When u read what some of them type, you just wonder if the person passed through even basic education.
