The first time I opened bet9ja account, I didn't win after many bets and I stopped betting. After some years, I picked interest in betting again, but I don't even have details of my first account at the time. So, I opened a new bet9ja account and started betting. I just entered two of my name's without paying attention to other things. After winning, I couldn't withdraw because my details don't match my account details.

I then read their rules on the website and found out that two accounts not allowed.

Now, how can I withdraw this money? If I call their customer care, they will close the 2nd account that has money in it.

I tried it but saying I should upload national id card. My national ID card has 3 names, bet9ja has 2 names and not properly arranged. On bet9ja, my surname is displayed as first name while first name is displayed as surname. Date of birth is displayed as following: Month Day Year instead of Day Month Year
