Once you are done, come back to the list I attached below. These are the lists of countries that can send and receive. The reason why I attached this list is because we would be using it for something very important and what is it? With this list we would be picking out 10 countries with a low standard of living; these are the only countries we would be needing for this operation.

So, after going through the long list, I decided to settle for these countries:
Mozambique, Vietnam, Senegal, Kenya, Lesotho, Philippines, Botswana, Morocco, Jamaica, South Africa
But because we don’t and can’t have access to the virtual mobile numbers from these countries? We would have to settle for UK or us PayPal. It would have been a lot easier if we could get a virtual number from the above countries plus it would have made a lot of sense if we could access the numbers for free. But the reverse is the case. So, we would be using a Uk/US PayPal(whichever one pleases you)
Why we actually need a virtual number from one of the non-restricted countries is because it will get to a point where PayPal will ask you to verify your account by providing information like your ID and phone number. They will include the country code of the non-restricted country and ask you to input your phone number where they will eventually send you an OTP CODE. This is where your virtual number comes in. While other YouTubers would advise you buy a UK/US sim I will be showing you how to save yourself the stress by getting an app that allows you to pay a monthly/yearly subscription fee to have access to UK/US phone number where you can receive SMS and phone calls.
