You're the unintelligent one, even when the pictures of the said handbook and the page where it was written littered the internet? A smart person will look for a recent Corp member and check the handbook to confirm, but unfortunately for you, you're not smart.
May be the handbooks given to Corps members where the said security tip was written were fake
