Good morning bro, I think we are going to overshoot the duration by more than a month. We have been having delays with this work, delays not caused by our own making. We have had to wait for an extended period of time for the approvals to be concluded.

We wont work today because of some other approval issues being resolved today after we were served demand notice to pay some money to the local government. My workers are sleeping at home today.

Cement, iron rods and other materials have been going up in prices while we wait.

I am still using the cement I bought for N3,100 some months back. I still have 250 bags of cement pending and they want me to come and pick it up today. The rest of the city are paying N4,200 for cement now.

We are using 9" blocks for this foundation.

Work still going on here, more pictures later.

for how long will they "hold fire". If you're not sure about anything,be sure that the prices will be increasing

These are 16mm rods. The building has over 60 columns.

Inspecting some of the works we did at this site before my workers travelled for Christmas. They will be back to resume work by tomorrow.
