In a corporate setting, yes. Not all people working in a corporate setting are needed to be formal. You can work in a corporate setting as a freelancer or whatever. I know a guy that works in a bank and he was hired to be the tech guy. He rejected the offer of being a full employee. He was on contract as a tech guy. And he goes to work at his own time. He was the boss of the tech unit. Very young dude.
