This people are so full of sh*t.
Leaving the substance while chasing the shadow.
The most reason why food is scarce and out of reach for the poor Masses is no other than banditary and insurgency in Nigeria.
All over the country from North down South,bandit headers and Boko Haram have decimated the farming population.
From peasant farmers In the north to elite farmers down south, it has been tales of sorrows,tears and blood.
How many farmers are left?
In the North alone over 20% of the farmers have been killed , about 50% are in IDP camps.,the remaining are too scared to venture out to their farmlands for fear of being killed or kidnapped.
Villages now pay millions of naira to bandits just to be allowed to farm.
Sometimes last year about a 100 farmers were beheaded while harvesting rice somewhere in the north east.
So what is this man talking about?
How would he know the cause of famine in the land when he and his family are gulping free food.
I only blame those who scripted the passages he read out to Nigerians this morning.
Am really ashamed of the shameless buhari and his crew.

The truth as a consumer myself goods are cheaper abroad and in Nigeria after paying shipping fees you often have to double price to see any profit but abroad the price is cheaper for you to be able to buy in volume or at least return to purchase it’s not focused on profit but on creating a business relationship.

Locally it works the same a good would be cheaper in another city but to transport you have to recoup it in the price. For the supermarket rent is something they have to factor in as well. For Nigeria to progress we have to look at our fees structure and adjust to allow more people to afford to do repeated business.


How many shops do you return to when you discover there was always a cheaper option?

Buhariiiiiii and the blame game. He intensionally refuses to blame his Fulani cousins (herdsmen / bandit) for their dastardly attack on farmers and their farmland all over the country instead blaming the middlemen .

When the dollar appreciate against the naira, middlemen increases the price of goods and services of local farm produce.

How does that work?

Of course the senile demented oldie is always right. I don't expect a young person that has mortgaged his brains for peanuts to think otherwise. As naira is depreciating which implies more naira from oil sales, why is fuel pump price not decreasing.
