Good wetin? There is a big difference between a political statement and a genuine one. In this case, it is nothing but political.

It is a lie, This will foster students to learn effectively at ease, Prevent students from diverting almost their focus into Scam which is rampant in All Nigeria Universities. Enable them to afford some other expenses in school such as textbooks and materials. At the long run we will have an intelligent and educated graduate.

Lovely gesture if they can use this human capital after their graduation. The quality of students pursuing education courses is very low when you compared them to their counterparts in other fields of study unless the government ensures job creation for guys in education, the government will end up attracting only those whose finances are their biggest obstacle to obtaining higher education. My only problem with our politicians is that they are very unreliable with their policies, just like the Federal Government of Nigeria pledged 4million USD to support STEM Ph.D. as counterpart funding for the Partnership for skills in Applied Sciences, Engineering and Technology (PASET) in Sub Sahara Africa since 2020 but to no avail leaving beneficiaries from the country in dilema. The sure way to attract quality students is to ensure these teachers are employed and the minimum wage for teachers is raised to 200K Naira per month

This is serious oo. What's the motivation behind this move?

To entice more students to study education courses, thereby breed so many teachers without having schools for them to teach ofcourse.

Which will consequentially drop the salary of teachers to peanuts because of the law of demand and supply.

Wait till you see one human being you know that receives the cash before making this comment. Isnt it the same way they bragged about paying billions to everyone during lockdown until everyone realized all the covid funds were diverted.

Somebody that was still begging another country for money last week is suddenly approving money for students this week and you can't see its audio money.

IPOB has nothing to do with it, call a spade a spade.

Your Excellency, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari. (Rtd.,) GCON. We the good people of Nigeria are very grateful for all you have done for us in the aspect of Poverty reduction and improving the standards of living in our dear country Nigeria, our ONLY Country.

In the past six years, it has been very visible to the blind and clearly sound to the deaf that the policies and programs which you initiated in the country and those you are still working on have been of immense benefit to the populace and citizens of this dear country, NIGERIA. This policies are many.

The previous administration in a shadow movement acted as though they were helping the populace but behind the shadows, they milked the country dry, rendering the citizens stranded and helpless. With your initiatives the citizens have regained their stands and are very confident of your administration in further reducing poverty to its bearest minimum and also giving them more confidence that our country is on its way to greatness as the giant and bride of Africa. In fact, Mr President, the number of people who got married in your administration outweighs that of previous administration which is a sign that they had enough money to pay bride price and to host those who came to celebrate with them. We say thank you Mr. President.

Mr. President, your poverty reduction programs and internal stabilizers are worthy of mentioning. Though everyone can't be happy with your good works, the section of those who are not happy are but like a dot in an circular enclosure. These programs and stabilizers include but not limited to NPOWER, COVID-19 Funds, Market Moni, N75, 000 stipend for students and a host of others. Mr, President, we can continue on and on but lack of time and space won't allow us. No administration has done what you have done in the area of poverty reduction.

We ask that may God Almighty give you more strength, longer life and may he daily feed you ideas of moving this country to greater heights.

Long Live Your Excellency,
Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

We are talking of devolution of political power in Nigeria from the federal centre to state.

Yet the federal government is spending money it does not generate.

Some of these actions by the federal government is wrong given the type of our kind of federalism.

Even if it is not AUDIO Money, what manner of Leader approves Money for "Education Students" but neglects those in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology ....... which are the Foundation of all developing nations, including developed ones?

You see why it is bad to be ruled by a Cattle Herdsman whose faculties are limited to mundane things like drinking from the Anus of a Cow? angry

Nigeria must be divided into two countries: North and South, so the Southerners can develop at their own pace and stop dragging the Northerners along, like some stubborn Cow that will not freely move.
North and South of Nigeria are as different, like Afghanistan is to Canada. grin

Sycophancy and Ignorance is your bane.
I am sure you think giving you small-small stipend every now and then, is the true meaning of Poverty Reduction! grin
It is actually POVERTY EXTENSION! grin grin
Nigeria became "Poverty Capital" of the World, under Buhari's regime, is that how he improved your standard of living? shocked

To reduce Poverty, you first need to ensure there is Security of Lives and Property, in this, your Buhari has failed woefully, as he is the one of the enablers of Insurgency in Nigeria

Secondly, the Govt needs to ensure that Power is Stable, so that Entrepreneurship can Grow. Small Scale Business is the surest way to eradicate poverty.

Thirdly, You build on Infrastructure (Roads, Rail, Water Transport, Housing, etc)

Fourth: You Invest in Agriculture, nationwide. As in Modern Agriculture, not the Evil RUGA he is trying to use to steal indigenous Lands for his imported Terrorists.

All other things will follow by themselves.

But you can see that your Mannequin in Aso Rock is bereft of ideas, so he throws a few wads of Naira at you, once in a while, to keep you wallowing in Poverty, Generation after Generation.

Incase you dont know, that is why Northern Nigeria is full of Almanjeris.

BTW, anytime l hear someone say 'Nigeria;s Unity cannot be negotiated', l immediately know l have seen one of the enemies of Progress of Nigerians.
Nothing, including "Dis-Unity" of Nigeria, is beyond Negotiation.

This is the only sensible Explanation for this stupidity!
Stealing Money from Resources in the South and using it to Flush the Northern Students who mostly Study Arabic Education.

Afteral, Education, na Education. grin undecided

Have you seen that Minister for Disaster Recovery ever spent a Kobo on Victims of Natural disaster in the South of Nigeria?
It is always in the North you will see her sharing our Resources.

Las las, it is by Civil War that the South of Nigeria will save themselves from these Foreign Leeches,
Buhari and his Handlers know this, hence they are currently stockpiling Weapons and Fighters in the North. (Kano, Kaduna, Katsina and Sokoto)
