What is Mr. Tinubu relying on to think he can win the presidency? South western Nigeria with 6 states is in the bank for Tinubu, and I get that part. The part I don't get is where can he buy other 18 states in Nigeria? South/South states are not going for Tinubu. Northern Nigeria has 19 states and those are not going into Tinubu pocket. PDP has track record of winning big in the northern Nigeria.

Although it is too early to start predicting 2023 presidential election results in Nigeria, but I can say with near certainty that Bola Tinubu will not be president of Nigeria. He is corrupt and has history of failed leadership. I will talk about Tinubu record when the election is near.

Asiwaju Tinubu is Back

His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu returned to the country, landing in Lagos Friday evening, October 8. He arrived from London, United Kingdom.
During his trip abroad, he underwent surgery on his right knee as well as rigorous post-surgery physiotherapy on the said knee.
Contrary to unfounded rumour, he underwent no other surgical procedures and contemplates none in the future.

His recuperation has been without complication and ahead of the schedule by the attending surgeon.

He has returned fully healed from the knee surgery and fully committed to doing his modest part of advancing the cause of progressive democratic good governance throughout our beloved nation.
Asiwaju, first and foremost, would like to thank President Muhammadu Buhari for taking the time to visit him in London to express his wishes for a speedy recovery from the knee operation.

He thanks House of Representatives Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila, governors, party leaders, members of Northern Caucus of the House of Representatives, members of the Lagos State House of Assembly and indeed many others who called on him in London to wish him well.

He is also not forgetting others who would have loved to visit him but couldn't make it and his numerous friends, associates, supporters and well wishers who have been with him in prayers and supplications to Allah.

On one hand you admire him and on the other hand he mad a mistake by supporting PMB.

Now, supporting PMB happened to be one of his best move ever for the SW.

Without Tinubu, we won't have Lagos Ibadan railway and Lagos Ibadan express, that the PDP refused to start and complete, there won't be any federal highway construction anywhere in the SW that the PDP and GEJ refused to even touch, SW won't command the largest portion of the national budget for capital projects, SW won't have the VP position, the SW won't be in any position to directly contest for Aso Rock, Lagos state won't be in any position to construct the Metro rail Red line which GEJ refused to authorize including many FG buildings including the state house in Marina that the PDP refused to hand over to Lagos. This is possible without Tinubu teaming up with PMB.

We gained more from this association than under any alliance or administration in the history of Nigeria, apart from the old SW region.

Since his old party, the ACN couldn't win the presidency alone, common sense did not tell you that there must be an alliance to move forward? Or you think he should have joined the PDP?

I do understand your tribal and bigoted sentiments, but you don't know bingo about politics, you ever wonder why your poor region is politically irrelevant in Nigeria and why you end up carrying water bottle for the PDP and collect nothing back in return?
