I don't know how we fail to utilize coal to generate electricity because those who have used it to power their own nations to greatness told us it's time to save the planet... Let's go green.

They are Power surplus country. Over there small Power outage is due to Energy Companies are unable to pay to generation plants on time, (They have atleast 36 power distribution companies.)

while In this continent it is the lack of Generating Capacity, Distribution system and technical ability. (Our Smokey, noisy generators are the life savor)

Two entirely different issues to compare just like apple and orange.
