That's a very bold statement to make and it's technically NOT correct unless if put in the right context. The Judge ordinarily sets a bail amount when a suspect first appears in court after an arrest, which is called either a bail hearing or an arraignment. Judges normally adhere to standard practices...for example, setting a low bail for nonviolent petty misdemeanors. However, a judge can deny bail under certain conditions including: Repeat offender, threat to the Public safety, flight risk, missing court dates and the severity of the crime. Furthermore, crimes like first, second and third degree Murder, Rape, Manslaughter, etc. are major crimes that do not allow bail. They are treated differently as compared to minor crimes.

The court remanded an arsonist, looting mastermind, and a violent instigator in jail for his various crimes but Sowore chose to hide his actual crimes.

Sowore, the great liar actually believes that a "protester" has the right to commit any crime and go scots-free.
