My brothers and sisters this man hasn't received his monthly payment from the government yet, so he can vent his frustration in this manner. Na their way divide and conquer!

It is you who have not received sense from birth. He made this statement based on the premise that even marriage between couples can be negotiated if they wish to live together in harmony. But u suddenly derailed from the subject matter. It's unfortunate that most young Nigerians can't think critically anymore, and will always remain unproductive

Why are Igbo always begging us to free them? Why can't them free themselves grin

What we are doing in the east now does it look like begging? Weather u like it or not Nigeria is gradually restructuring. With Vat issus and state police cooking u cannot stand against a rolling Stone.

When a part of the country is perpetually cheated...and you see fake leaders everywhere shouting that One Nigeria will be great if there is fairness, justice and equity for decades and nothing is done...then the region will like to leave...

UK left EU because they felt that they are not gaining from the union.

Every union is negotiable as attested by Kingibe.

I laugh at people who say because the Igbos own properties everywhere and so would not like to leave.

It is a farce...many are ready to give off those properties to have their own country. Uba's campagin in Alaba is an example of how they feel.

There is still time for negotiation, so that fairness and equity will come into play.

my brother wow! You really love to wallow in ignorance, don't you?

With all the resources here, you insist on doing nothing more than trolling while clinging to a false narrative that is not only completely wrong, but destructive.

Seriously, you don't have a clue about the real history of your own nation, yet you insist on claiming a moral high ground that doesn't even exist.

It's people like you that have allowed the Nigeria to be pulled down as a nation and corrupted by base greed. It's people like you that create animosity towards your country.

Until you can deny your own ignorance, you are part of the problem.

Musa, how come you love Igbos more than the Berom and southern Kaduna people in the north, that Fulani bandits kill without even thinking about it.

Why not remove the dirt from you eyes first...

Any politician who is not in the government is ever ready to cast aspersions in the unity of Nigeria.
Because it's all politics. If APC leaves power today, I bet you they would become supporters of IPOB and if pdp reclaims power, the unity of Nigeria becomes non negotiable to them immediately. It's all game of thrones and selfish interests.

In this seemingly noble assertion of this gentleman, you can see a colonial undertone-you can see the subtle reference to the husband and wife analogy of Lord Luggard (North is husband and South is wife). A core northerner, no matter how well intentioned, still has in his or her subconscious the belief that Nigeria belongs to them-the delusion that the North is superior to the South has sunk deep into their consciousness.
They will not agree to restructuring or constitutional reform or resource control or fiscal federalism. They will use all means, including using their intellectuals and “statesmen” to sweet talk the rest of Nigeria and preach about the need for unity, but in their heart of hearts, they are all about domination and control. Restructuring will be the worst night mare or the core North-they won’t let it happen. Stay woke! Shine your eyes!

Every rational person knows that the unity of every group is always negotiable.

Someone will spend years in school, yet cannot even reason logically. This is the first leader I have heard saying that the unity of Nigeria is negotiable. The very first.

God bless you Babagana Kingibe for letting those gullible politicians and their zombies that keep on deceiving themselves that unity of their Nigeria is non-negotiable.How hypocrital they can be.If Court can desolved the unworkable union between husband and wife why can't Nigeria not desolved despite strong obvious that it cannot work between Nigeria and Biafra but Yorubas and other tribes keep allowing Fulanis to deceive them that Nigeria can never be negotiate or desolved and Igbos are laughing at them hahaha

Having read through the details of his speech, it’s obvious he was merely rehashing Buhari’s ‘Dot in a Circle’ infamous statement.

That is why he is talking about how we cannot move our land from where it is.

No talk about what brought the agitations.

No talk about how address the root cause of these agitations.

They keep putting it on the Igbos to be humble and negotiate with the rest of Nigeria.

Would the heavens fall from the sky if the rest of Nigeria asks the Igbos what can be done to assuage their ill feelings?

Ndi Ala!
it is already downing on them tnat the unity of Nigeria is negotiable that is why you are seeing different thread upon thread using indirect way to bring back Igbos to their so called one Nigeria by trying to instigating Igbos against IPOB/ESN,the only organisation that is protecting Igbos from their planned fulanisation and Islamisation of the whole Nigeria but they have failed

So why are they not agitating, using the model Kingibe prescribed? Or is it that they just love to go round in circles for eternity doing same thing over and over again and expecting a different result?
Agitate for what? If you southerners sincerely and truly want to break away there is no way the north can keep you or hold you in one Nigeria. Its because you are not sincere in your agitation and you need the one Nigeria more than the north that's why you still remain in one Nigeria. If you are serious and truely want to leave its easy but you cant leave because you cant do without the north.

God knows that if not for ESN, what is happening in Plateau and Southern Kaduna would have been a Child’s play to what those people would have done to us in Southeast.

Like you said, their next agenda is to make us hate IPOB/ESN so that we can turn against them.

But we see through every of such ploy five years before it is launched.

Since ESN began, have you heard of any killings in the SE by marauding herdsmen?

Now they are deploying DSS personnels to kill people and pin it on IPOB.
