Mr man we know we're you are heading to. NYSC certificate is just a piece of paper. It doesn't give graduate the perquisite knowledge acquired from school.

Sorry for late response...

Here is a warning from 2012
(Note: Above was the ambassador to Ukraine then..so he should know)

And this from 2019

Note that both apply to Ukraine.

As for Romania, anectodatally, I once was taught by a doctor who graduated from a Romanian university...who was a decent lecturer, and a specialist.

It's 'where' and 'prerequisite'.

No wonder you think NYSC certificate is just a piece of paper, and you don't want to accept that you made a mistake in your assumption.

U no fit pass jamb wey ur mates dey smash but mummy and daddy say u must read medicine by force cis dem wan answer mama dockie or daddy doctor. Fiam dem find u admission for Romania gypsieland. Oya cool down read naa u no fit, na to dey fry hair, wear stud and snap pinshure upandan u Sabi. I am sure the school trained many other doctors who are doing well so it's not a function of the school or the country. The guy is just a dunce.

Most people here even Nigerians who have not been abroad are busy here condeming the Nigerian from the point of view and stories told by his white colleagues and white nurses. If you have ever worked in a competitive Sector in most of these countries including the medical sector. You will notice that your white Supervisors and other Colleague seem to always find a way to disregard the black man or african in their midst. There is a lot of nepotism and racism when it comes to the african. His work is double and quadruple checked in comparism to the white colleague. His mistakes are over emphasized in comparism to the white Colleague and there is always a reason to misbehave with us nigerians because no one stands for us not even our Government. There are also junior white doctors who are from the uk that studied in Romania. Yet how come it is now the nigerian doctor. Offcourse we hear the story of the white man and start killing ourselves and insulting ourselves. There are so many Blacks and foreigners who face such nonsense amongst white colleagues.

So before we start championing the white man story and insulting ourselves. Ask yourselves what was the white doctors aim. He is not his Professor in university and he didn't study in Ireland. Ifyou didnt find him capable why not sack him. Why drag Nigeria's name in the mud? So what does the white doctor want to achieve with this?

But consulting Google in front of patients is very disgusting and annoying sight. Infact I feel that they should be barred from holding cell phone while attending to patients

If they are consulting text books then no problem, we are okay with that
on a norms though he shouldn't be using google to check basic fact

Not that's is bad

But it lack of professionalism and may hamper patient trust in the service delivered

I got you....but the need to always research for more cant be overemphasized
...might have done that to check for the best recommendation though
