This happened to me before, only I didn't know I was stung by fire ant. I woke up with one side of my lower lips swollen. Luckily for me, had blackseed oil so I just rubbed it on it and it subsided in no time

It's good for allergy/ stings generally.

Don't press your lips with hot water anything, it'd go naturally. I'm saying this because I have allergies like this often and I know how painful ant bites can be.
Please avoid ants in general after this.
