I schooled in Anambra, IPOB has been an issue but Anambra is always something else during election period. In 2006/2007, a judge was killed with his wife.
IPOB can't be absolved but I won't rule out political killings so far it's election period in Anambra. One more thing, South East have always had criminal activities, kidnapping and killings but recently, any evil in the East is tagged IPOB, quite unfortunate to say the least.
